ADO serves terminals 2, 3 and 4. Search from your flight’s actual arrival terminal.
Baggage
The luggage allowance depends on the service. Confirm the applicable limit and any excess charge; retain your baggage tag.
Access & assistance
Folded or disassembled wheelchairs are treated as checked baggage, not cabin seating. Confirm boarding assistance and your chair and batteries before buying.
Confirm before booking
The Punta Cancún route ends at a fixed Hotel Zone stop—not a Costa Mujeres resort. Do not book it expecting hotel drop-off.
